In wordpress you can use Contact Form 7 Plugin to isert a contact form in your website. But using contact form 7 plugin you can not save form details on database and cannot view data from wordpress dashboard.

So if you want to store contact from 7 data to database and view submit data from admin dashboard then you can use Contact Form Entries – Contact Form 7

This is a simple plugin and specially made to store form data of Contact form 7 plugin. You can simple download the plugin from wordpress by following the url https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-entries/ and activate plugin just set. Now when you submit any contact form on your website build with Contact form 7 plugin. This plugin will store data and you can view stored data from Wordpress Admin dashboard.
